Institutions are more interested in this bigger type of sale. Smaller entities are targeted with device package sales. Both types are tailored to facilitate seamless integration into the interoperable blockchain ecosystem: backed by G6 devices and connected to Polkadot. The devices are designed with scalability in mind.

24/7 Support

Private Chain Sales by default come with the support subscription. However in case of package sales this is optional and we can provide only warranty for the hardware devices (up to 2 years). Those clients who choose the 24/7 support subscription will be able to request help from the G6 Networks anytime and in case of incidents or failures we guarantee our experts come online immediately (based on SLA).

24/7 Transaction monitoring and tracking between private chains
